The Ultimate
Beer Bread

You will be amazed how delicious and moist this recipe is.

Ingredients

1 PK Queen City Sausage links sliced on the bias to serve with the bread
1 Box 17 OZ Krusteaz Almond Poppy Seed Muffin Mix sans the poppy seeds
3 TSP. Baking powder
1 TSP. Salt
¼ Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Brown sugar
1 Ea. 12 OZ Bottle of beer (dark preferred)
½ Cup butter, melted

Directions

1. Add the sugars.  Mix

2. Add the beer.  Stir thoroughly to form a dough/batter

3. In a 9” X 5” greased loaf pan, spread the dough/batter evenly.  Pour melted butter on top

4. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until golden brown.  Insert a toothpick in center, if it removes
clean, all good

5.The alcohol in the beer evaporates as the bread bakes

Yield: 10 Slices
