The Incredible “Bologna” Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients

·         1 LB. Sliced Queen City Sausage Garlic Bologna

·         8 OZ Baby Swiss cheese

·         8 OZ Sauerkraut

·         4 OZ 1000 Island dressing

·         12 Slices of thick sliced rye bread

·         2 OZ Olive oil

Directions

1.      Large skillet, medium low heat.  Add the sauerkraut to warm.  Remove and cover

2.      In the skillet, add 1 OZ olive oil, add the bologna slices to gently warm.  Remove and cover

3.      Same skillet, add remaining olive oil evenly and add the bread to toast both sides

4.      Assemble the sandwich as pictured

 

Yield: 4 Sandwiches
