The Perfect Goetta Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients
1 LB. Queen City Sausage Goetta Roll
6 Each Ole Xtreme Wellness Tortilla Wraps. Any Variety
6 Large Eggs–Scrambled
1 Can/15.25 OZ Black Beans, Drained
½ Red Onion
8 OZ Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
6 OZ Sour Cream
3 OZ Butter
Yields 6 Filled Wraps


Instructions
Medium-non-stick Skillet, medium-High Heat. Add the Goetta in small pieces to chop up and brown. Remove. Wrap in foil when browned. Warm the black beans. Reduce the skillet heat to medium-Low. Add butter. Crack eggs, whisk to scramble. Add to skillet. Scramble. Turn off heat when done. Leave eggs in skillet. Lay out the 6 tortilla wraps. Add the Goetta. Add the scrambled eggs. Add the black beans, onions, sharp cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Fold the wrap.
