Beef Smoked Sausage with Shrimp & Gnocchi

Ingredients
3 Links-From Queen City Sausage’ 14 OZ Skinless Beef Smoked Sausage (Any variety of QCS sausage will do nicely)
2 Lbs. Raw, Wild Caught, Argentine Shrimp
1 Lbs. Gnocchi
5 OZ Water
4 OZ Rothschild’s Roasted Pineapple, Habanero Marinade
½ Sliced, Red Onion
2 OZ Olive Oil
1 TBS. Minced Garlic
3 OZ Grated Asiago (Or Parmesan)


Instructions
Add olive oil to a medium skillet, medium heat. Place the gnocchi in a medium bowl. Add hot tap water to soak. Cut the sausage links on the bias, into ½” pieces and add to brown. Add the onions and garlic. Turn down the heat to low. Add water. Add the shrimp to gently cook. Stir. Add the gnocchi and stir. Let water reduce. Add the Rothschild marinade. Stir. Garnish with grated asiago cheese.
