Sushi Pepper Loaf Roll

Ingredients
1 LB Queen City Sausage Pepper Loaf—Sliced thin
2 Cups Medium Grain Rice. (We used Nishiki Premium Grade Rice)
6 Sheets Roasted Seaweed Sheets, 5” X 6”
4 OZ Spinach Leaves (Remove stems) — Optional
3 OZ Soy Sauce for dipping


Instructions
Cook the rice as indicated on the package. Let rice cool. Lay out a sushi roll mat (Usually bamboo and very inexpensive). Line with Syran wrap. Add a sheet of seaweed to the sushi roller. Add rice to the seaweed sheet. Apply evenly, about ¼”. Add a thin layer of spinach (Optional). Add a thin layer of Pepper Loaf. Begin rolling. Note: Check out YouTube for a very quick tutorial on sushi rolling. Super easy. Once rolled and tight, use a sharp, non-serrated knife to slice into 1.5” pieces. Repeat steps 1-9 until all ingredients are used.
