Smoked Sausage Roasted Tomato Burrata Dip

This is a perfect summer or any season appetizer.  Easy to make.  Super delicious!

Ingredients

—2 Links: Queen City Sausage - Smoked Sausage.  Diced

—2 Cups Grape tomato’s

—4 Garlic cloves.  Minced

—1 (6 OZ) Ball burrata cheese

—2 OZ Olive oil

—1/2 TSP Sea salt

—1/4 TSP Ground pepper

—Basil leaves

Directions

  1. Combine the diced sausage in a bowl with olive oil, spices, garlic, salt, pepper, and tomatoes

  2. In a small cast iron skillet, add the bowl contents and place the burrata cheese in the center

  3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

  4. Place the skillet in the oven for about 20 minutes.  Consider an additional 5 or so minutes under a low broil to slightly brown if needed

  5. Top with olive oil drizzle, pepper and more basil
