Hot Honey Smoked Sausage Brussels Sprouts

Take out a sheet pan and begin assembly.  Super quick!  Very Delicious!

Ingredients

—5 Links: Assorted Queen City Sausage favorites.  Sliced

—1.5 LBS Brussels sprouts.  Timed and halved

—6 Mini peppers.  Cut in half

—2 TBLS Olive oil

—Salt and pepper to taste

—4 Strips bacon.  Crumbled

Honey Glaze

—2 TBLS Butter

—1/4 Cup Honey

—1 TBLS Fresh ginger.  Minced

—4 Cloves garlic.  Minced

—1 TSP Apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Add parchment paper to a sheet pan.  Add the Brussels sprouts, peppers

  2. Fry the bacon and crumble

  3. Mix the hot honey glaze

  4. Add the bacon crumbles.  Spray or brush on the olive oil to the ingredients

  5. Drizzle the hot honey glaze evenly

  6. Salt and pepper

  7. Bake for about 15 minutes in a pre-heated 400 degree F oven. You may consider and additional 3 minutes low-broiler for a more browned finish.
