Garlic Parmesan Wicked Smoked Sausage Bombs
Hot sausage rules here and does not disappoint. Quick and fun appetizer.
Ingredients
—1 PK-16 OZ Queen City Sausage-Wicked Hot Sausage. Chopped
—1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese. Shredded
—1 Cup Super sharp cheddar cheese. Shredded
—1 Can Biscuit dough. 16.3 OZ
—2 Cloves garlic
—2 TBLS Every Thing but the Bagel seasoning
—1 OZ Olive oil
—Coarse ground pepper
Directions
—Dice the sausage
—Large skillet, medium-low heat. Add olive oil. Brown the sausage throughly
—Stir the Parmesean and cheddar cheese into the sausage mix. Add, the garlic and pepper. Mix well. Turn down the heat to low
—Open the biscuits. Separate the dough into 16 pieces. Flatten the dough and add the skillet mix to each piece of dough. Fold and seal
—Place on a parchment lined baking pan. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with the Everything but the Bagel seasoning
—Bake in a pre-heated oven, 375 degrees F for about 12 minutes or so
