Goetta Flatbread with Brie, Cranberries, Walnuts, and Hot Honey Drizzle

This recipe is both simple and elegant!  Ideal for breakfast in bed or party appetizer.Ingredients

Directions

—1 LB. Roll—Queen City Sausage Goetta.  Sliced and browned

—4 PK Stonefire Mini NAAN flatbread or a large 10”—12” flatbread

—6 OZ Brie cheese

—1/4 Cup Craisins

—1/4 Cup Walnuts.  Chopped

—1 TBLS Olive oil

—1 TBLS Hot honey, (Honey mixed with chili flakes)

Instructions

  1. Medium heat, non-stick skillet, add the goetta slices to throughly brown

  2. Place the flatbreads on a parchment lined baking sheet.  Brush with the olive oil

  3. Add the Brie cheese, Craisins, and walnuts

  4. Top with the goetta

  5. Place in a pre-heated, 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes

  6. Drizzle with hot honey

  7. Serve warm
