Flying Pig Post Race Party Piglets

The Flying Pig Marathon is a World Class, Cincinnati event and Queen City Sausage is an iconic Cincinnati food.   Both Queen City Sausage and the Flying Pig Marathon were born in Cincinnati and share in the famous Porkopolis history.  Post race foods, and especially our local sausages are what just might propel many runners over the finish line to enjoy!

Ingredients

—5 Links: Queen City Sausage Smoked Sausage

—1/4 LB. Queen City Sausage—Smoked Cottage Ham.  Sliced thin

—8 OZ Bel Gioioso Fresh Mozzarella—Cherry size

—Spinach leaves

—Cherry tomatoes

—Bread and butter pickle slices

Directions

  1. Brown the sausages links and slice. Slice

  2. Assemble ingredients onto a skewer
