Philly Cheesecake Casserole Cincinnati Style

Cincinnati is a sausage town so of course we added it.  The results were amazing!

Ingredients

—1.5 LBS Queen City Sausage-Wicked Jalapeño.  Sliced

—1 Bell pepper. Diced

—1 Red pepper. Diced

—4 Large eggs

—1/2 Onion.  Diced

—2 OZ Olive oil

—1/4 Cup Heavy whipping cream

—2 TSP Worcestershire sauce

—8 OZ Provolone cheese.  Shredded

—2 Cloves garlic.  Minced

—1 TSP Sea salt

—1 TSP Coarse ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausages

  2. Add the peppers, onions, garlic and salt to the skillet with the meat to sauté

  3. Transfer the skillet mix to a 9 X 13” oven safe baking dish.  Let it cool down slightly

  4. Whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl to combine.  Let sit for 15 minutes

  5. Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish, over the meat mixture

  6. Top with cheese

  7. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes
