Charcuterie Nacho Bake

This mash-up is a crowd pleaser.  Assembles quick.  Never disappoints. Ideal for parties!

Ingredients

—3 Links: Queen City Sausage, Extra Hot Smoked Sausage.  Sliced

—4 OZ Queen City Sausage, Smoked Cottage Ham (Butt).  Diced

—2 Bags (7.5 OZ) ea, Kettle Brand Krinkle cut Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper Potato chips

—3 OZ That Dam Jam(R) Pineapple Jalapeño Jam

—4 OZ Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

—4 OZ Colby Jack cheese.  Cubed

—1/2 Onion.  Sliced

—3 OZ Banana peppers.  Sliced

—Parsley flakes

—Ground pepper

Directions

  1. Spread out the chips generously on a parchment lined baking sheet

  2. Distribute the cheeses evenly

  3. Add the peppers and onions

  4. Add the 2 meats

  5. Add the Dam Jam in small, 1/4 tsp dollops throughout

  6. Top with pepper and parsley

  7. Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes

  8. Serve immediately.
