Hickory Smoked Cottage Ham and Green Pea Salad

Ingredients

—5 OZ Queen City Sausage Smoked Cottage Ham (Butt).  Thinly sliced

—1 Link: Queen City Sausage, Smoked Sausage.  Diced and browned

—1 PK—12OZ Frozen peas.  Thawed

—1 CUP Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

—1/3 CUP Ranch dressing

—1/2 CUP Finely chopped red onion

—Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to overnight

  3. Serve cold.
