Savory!  Lite!  Quick and easy!

Ingredients

—1 PK Queen City Sausage, Smoked Sausage, Hot or Mild.  6 Links

—1 Head Romaine lettuce

—Red and yellow peppers.  Sliced

—Red onions.  Sliced

—2 OZ Italian Dressing

Directions

  1. On the stove or flattop grill, medium heat.  Add the Italian dressing, onions, and peppers.  Sauté

  2. Add the sausages and brown

  3. Cut the bottom end off of the Romaine lettuce.  Form the leaves to hold the sausages and onions

  4. Serve immediately
