Summer Red Cabbage and Apple Slaw

Want dramatic color with quick, easy, and delicious?  The perfect side dish

Ingredients

—Favorite Queen City Sausage variety from the grill

—2 Granny Smith apples.  Cut into match stick size pieces

—1 Cup Cilantro.  Chopped and loosely packed

—1/2 Red onion.  Sliced thin

—1 TSP Lime zest

—1 TSP Lime juice

—1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

—Sea salt to taste

—Coarse ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, apples, onion, cilantro, lime zest, and lime juice, salt and pepper

  2. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour or more before serving
