Smoked Sausage Mediterranean Spring

Ingredients

—1 PK-14OZ Queen City Sausage-Smoked Sausage or favorite.  Cut on the bias 1”

—8 OZ Queen City Sausage Cottage Ham (Butt).  Sliced thin

—16 OZ Tortellini

—1 Cup Tomatoes

—6 OZ Greek cheese or cream cheese.  Cut into small cubes

—1 Cup Banana peppers

—3 TBLS Olive oil

—1/2 Cup Olives

—1/2 Cup Fresh cilantro

—1 TBLS Parsley

Directions

  1. Medium skillet, medium-low heat.  Add 1 TBLS olive oil.  Add the sausages to brown

  2. Prepare tortellini according to package instructions

  3. Prepare a large serving dish and group all ingredients including the cottage ham

  4. Drizzle the remaining olive oil

  5. Dust with the parsley
