BANG BANG SMOKED SAUSAGE SKEWERS

Ingredients

—2 LBS. Queen City Sausage Brats, Smoked Sausage, and Leona Sausage (Optional)

—2 OZ Olive oil

—1TSP Black pepper

—1 TSP Paprika

—1 TSP Cayenne pepper

—1/2 TSP Salt

—2 TBLS Honey

Bang Bang Sauce

—1 Cup Mayonnaise

— 2/3 Cup Thai Sweet chili sauce

— 1/4 Cup Sriracha

— 2 TBLS. Fresh lime juice

Instructions

—In a large bowl, mix all four ingredients the ingredients to throughly coat

—Using one skewer at a time, begin to build the sausages

—In a medium bowl, blend all of the Bang Bang ingredients together

—Place the filled skewers on a sheet pan

—Brush on the Bang Bang Sauce to coat sausages

—Place in the oven—broil on low for about 8-10 minutes.  Watch closely to not burn the sausages
