HOT HONEY INFUSED SMOKED SAUSAGE AND BRATWURST

Ingredients

—1 PK Queen City Sausage Combo Brat + Smoked Sausage (6 Links) cut on the bias

—1 Cup Honey

—1 TBLS Apple cider vinegar

—2-3 TBLS Crushed red peppers or hot chili flakes

—1 TBLS Olive oil

Directions

  1. Place the honey and peppers in a small pan.  Bring to a simmer and remove.  Do not let boil

  2. Add the ACV apple cider vinegar and stir

  3. Grill or brown the sausages in the skillet with olive oil
