Ingredients
—6 Links-Queen City Sausage Beef Smoked Sausage or favorite
—5 Bread and Butter pickle spears
—3 TBSP Olive oil
—1 Cup white onions. Diced
—1/2 Cup Distilled white vinegar
—2 TBSP Sugar
—1 TBSP Yellow mustard seeds
—2 TBSP Parsley, finely chopped
—6 Buns
— Sea salt
Directions
- Sauté the pickle spears in olive oil or grill. Lightly char. Remove and set aside. Once cooled, finely chop 
- Using the same pan, add oil, pinch of salt. Medium heat. Add the onions. Let soften. Add the vinegar, sugar and mustard seed. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the pickles. Let cool 
- Blend in the parsley and salt 
- Grill the sausages. Place in buns and top with the relish
