HICKORY SMOKED SAUSAGE BURNT ENDS AND PIECES

INGREDIENTS

—2 LBS.  Queen City Sausage Brats and Metts.  Cut on the bias.  1-2” pieces

—8 OZ Queen City Sausage Leona Sausage Roll (Optional).  Cut into 1” strips

—2 TBLS Yellow mustard

—2 TBLS Dry BBQ rub

—1 Cup Montgomery Inn BBQ Sauce or favorite

—1/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar

DIRECTIONS

—In a large Zip-Lock bag, add the sausage pieces.  Follow with the mustard, bbq sauce, and brown sugar.  Shake the bag contents to throughly coat the sausages

—Add the coated sausages to a sheet pan and broil on low for about 12 minutes, carefully watching that the sausages do not over cook
