COTTAGE HAM BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Ingredients

—20 OZ Hash browns, thawed, (Ideally pre-browned)

—8 OZ Queen City Sausage Smoked Cottage Ham (Butt)

—2 Queen City Sausages Beef Smoked Sausage or favorite.  Quartered lengthwise

—10 OZ Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

—3 Eggs, scrambled

—Olive oil

Directions

  1. Coat a shallow loaf pan with olive oil

  2. Add the hash browns and bake in a convection oven at 360 F for about 15 minutes

  3. Remove hash browns and add a layer of Cottage Ham and the sausage strips

  4. Add a layer of cheese

  5. Quickly cook the scrambled eggs and add as a layer to the pan

  6. Add more Cottage Ham

  7. Add a layer of hash browns and top with cheese and Cottage Ham

  8. Bake in a convection oven for about 15 minutes at 360 F.
