CROCKPOT SMOKED CHEDDAR SAUSAGE and POTATOES

Ingredients

·         1 Pack-14 OZ Queen City Sausage Smoked Sausage with Cheddar. Sliced

·         32 OZ Diced potatoes, thawed in refrigerator

·         2 Cups shredded sharp cheddar

·         10.5 Ounce condensed cream of chicken soup

·         1 Cup of whole milk

·         Coarse ground pepper to taste

Directions

1.      Lightly grease a 6-8 quart slow cooker

2.      Add potatoes, sausage, and cheese to the slow cooker

3.      Add cream of chicken, milk, and pepper

4.      Stir and cover.  Cook on high for 3-4 hours

5.      Stir and serve

Yield: 8 Servings
