Wicked Habanero Sausage & Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 Pack—14 OZ Queen City Sausage Wicked Habanero Sausages (5 Links)—Sliced into ½” Pieces. Use any favorite Queen City sausage
8 OZ Fresh Skinless Chicken, Sliced Into ½” Chunks
8 OZ Portabella Mushrooms Sliced
1 Cup Broccoli (Trimmed)
¾ Cup Sliced Carrots
½ Red Onion–Sliced
4 OZ Butter
1 TPS Salt
1 TBL Ground Pepper


Instructions
Medium Sauce Pan, fill 2/3 with water. Medium-Low heat. Add the sliced carrots. Simmer for 7 minutes. Add the sliced chicken. Simmer for 5 Minutes. Add the mushrooms and onions. Add the sausages. Continue simmering for 10 minutes. Add the butter and salt. Add the broccoli 2 minutes before serving.
