Wicked Ghost Hot Sausage, Ham and Roast Beef Appetizer Platter

Ingredients
8 OZ Queen City Sausage Smoked Ham
8 OZ Queen City Sausage Slow Cooked Roast Beef
1 Pack-14 OZ Wicked Ghost Hot Sausages – Sliced ½” on the bias
8 OZ Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese—Sliced
4 OZ Swiss Cheese–Sliced
1 Cup Broccoli florets
1 Cup Portabella Mushrooms – Sliced
Crackers
3 OZ Italian Dressing—For dipping
3 OZ Stone Ground Mustard—For dipping
2 OZ Olive Oil
Serves 10+


Instructions
Medium skillet, medium heat. Add olive oil. Add sausages. Brown the sausages. Roll up the ham and roast beef place on a medium-large platter. 2.5” H pieces. Add the cheeses, mushrooms, and broccoli. Add the crackers. Add the Wicked Ghost slices. We like them formed back into links.
