Ingredients
1 Each 14 OZ. Pack Queen City Sausage’ Wicked Habanero Hot Sausages, 4 links.
1 Each 14 OZ. Pack Queen City Sausage Combo Pack (Brats and Metts), 4 links.
2 Cups of Rice
I Cup Fresh Spinach
6 Large Eggs—Soft Boiled
8 OZ. Portobello Mushrooms
1 Medium Yellow Squash
6 Small Tomatoes
4 OZ. Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce (Low Sodium)
3 OZ. Robert Rothschild Balsamic Caramelized Onions Spread
2 OZ Hellman’s Dijonnaise Creamy Mustard
1 OZ. Olive Oil
Serves 4


Instructions
Begin by adding rice to small cooker. Soft boil eggs (Used auto cooker). Medium, non-stick skillet. Medium heat. Add olive oil. Add sausages and brown. Add mushrooms and zucchini.
Add spinach. Soften vegetables. Use 4 bowls. Add the rice to the middle of bowls. Add sausages. Add vegetables, eggs, and tomatoes. Apply sauces.
