Queen City Style Sausage Pizza

Ingredients
½ LB. Queen City Hot Metts (About 3 links)
½ LB. Queen City Brats (About 3 Links)
1 pre-baked 1 ½ ” large pizza shell
4 ounces of spicy mustard or your favorite
½ LB. Mozzarella cheese-divided
8 OZ. sauerkraut-drained
1 medium onion
1 red pepper

Instructions
Slice the sausages into thin rounds. Place aside.
Sauté the onion. Place aside.
Dice the red pepper. Place aside.
Spread the mustard evenly on the pizza shell.
Apply an even, thin layer of mozzarella cheese.
Spread a light, even coating of sauerkraut on the pizza shell.
Add the sliced sausages evenly across the pizza surface.
Add the sauté onions.
Finish the top with a light coating of Mozzarella cheese.
Garnish with diced red pepper.
Follow the baking instructions on the pizza shell package.
