Grandma’s Goetta breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
6 Slices of your Favorite Bread – Cubed
6 Large Eggs
2 Cups Milk
1 1lb. Roll Queen City Goetta
1 Small Onion Finely Chopped
8 oz. Sliced Cheddar Cheese
½ tsp. Dry Mustard
Salt to taste
Pepper to Taste
Dash or Two of Worcestershire Sauce
Preheat Oven to 350.

Instructions
Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray. Place cubed bread evenly in bottom of sprayed pan. Brown Goetta and onion in skillet. When browned until crispy and onions are cooked through, layer on top of cubed bread. Next, layer shredded cheddar cheese on top of Goetta and onions. In separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and Worcestershire. Pour on top of layers in pan. Bake 50 minutes in oven. Remove and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
