Beef Smoked Sausage with Rotisserie Roasted Chicken & Spinach Ravioli

Ingredients
3 Links from 14 OZ PK Queen City Sausage’ Beef Smoked Sausage-Skinless
8 OZ Boneless Rotisserie Chicken (We used Sam’s Club)
1 LB Spinach Ravioli (We used Kroger Private Selection)
10 OZ Salsa
2 OZ Olive Oil
2 OZ Asiago-Parmesan grated or flake cheese
Serves: 4-5

Instructions
In a medium skillet add the olive oil, medium heat. Cut the sausages into ½” slices and add to skillet. Cut chicken into 1” chunks. Add to skillet and brown with the sausages. Add the salsa and simmer. Add the ravioli. We add the ravioli directly to the skillet, skipping any boiling steps. Let contents simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more salsa if desired. Garnish with grated cheese.
