Summer’s Sausage Fixings Bar with Cole Slaw Recipe

Friends and family enjoy grill outs even more when they can choose their favorite toppings: Banana peppers, jalapeños, red onions, cherry tomato’s, relish, sauerkraut, spinach, and of course, Cole slaw.  Here is a quick and delicious Cole slaw recipe to add to your “Fixings Bar!”

Start off with your favorite assortment of Queen City Sausage’s brats and metts.  Grill to perfection.

This is a good time to try out new mustards and other condiments too.

Homemade Creamy Cole Slaw

• ¾ cup mayonnaise

• 2 tablespoons minced onion

• 2 tablespoons white distilled vinegar

• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

• ½ teaspoon celery seed

• ¼ teaspoon garlic salt

• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
