Smoked Sausage Spinach Artichoke Pull Apart Christmas Bread

It’s all there!  Fun!  Deliciousness!  Sausage!

Ingredients

—1 Link: Queen City Sausage - Smoked Sausage.  Chopped

—1 Loaf (16 OZ) Refrigerated pizza dough

—1 Cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

—1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese

—1 Cup Canned artichoke hearts.  Drained and chopped

—1 Cup Fresh spinach.  Chopped

—1/2 Cup Cream cheese

—1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

—1/4 Cup Sour cream

—2 Cloves Garlic.  Minced

—2 TBLS Fresh parsley.  Chopped

—1 TSP Salt

—1 TSP Ground pepper

—1 TSP Dried Oregano

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  Grease a loaf or Bundt pan

  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper until blended

  3. Add the mozzarella, Parmesan, sausage, spinach and artichokes.  Mix well

  4. Roll out the pizza dough thinly.  Cut into 2” squares

  5. Spoon the mixture into each of the squares.  Fold and pinch shut

  6. Place the balls in the pan and layer 2 rows

  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown

  8. Once baked, let cool slightly.  Remove from the pan and serve
