Reimagining the Fried Bologna Sandwich

Once you try this with the added beer cheese, this will quickly become a tradition!

Ingredients

—3/4 LB Queen City Sausage Garlic Bologna.  Shredded

—2 Brioche sub rolls

—5 OZ Super sharp cheddar cheese

—1 TBLS Milk

—2 TBLS Beer

—1.5 TBLS Horseradish

—2 OZ Olive oil

—Pickled jalapeños

Directions

  1. Large skillet.  Medium-low heat.  Add the olive oil

  2. Add the bologna to brown and crisp

  3. In a small sauce pan add the cheese, milk, and horseradish. Melt and blend.  Add the beer

  4. Assemble the sandwich.  Top with the melted beer cheese and jalapeños
