Mixed Green and Kalamata Olive Dip and Spread

Ingredients
—3 Links: Queen City Sausage-Smoked Sausage. Sliced
—3 Links: Queen City Sausage-Bratwurst. Sliced
—3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
—1/3 Cup Balsamic vinegar
—3/4 Cup Green olives. Diced
—3/4 Cup Kalamata Olives. Diced
—3/4 Cup Sun-dried tomatoes. In package/dry. Dice
—3 Cloves garlic. Minced
—1 TSP Italian seasoning
—1 TSP Dried oregano
—1 TSP Red pepper flakes
—1 TSP Coarse ground pepper
—1 French baguette
—1 OZ Olive oil to brown sausages/bread
Instructions
—Medium skillet, medium low heat, add the olive oil and sausages to brown. Add the bread 1/2 way through to toast
—Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix throughly
—Let the spread sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to fully develop
—Assemble the skewers and cut up extra bread for even more dipping
Note: You may make an expanded dipping experience by using a larger serving bowl. Take the spread and place it in the center of the bowl. Next, surround the spread with olive oil. The oil will pick up the spread flavors
