Cowboy Chili Beef Smoked Sausage
Cincinnati is famous for it’s own style of chili. This chili is different in that we added beans, bacon, and French fried onions as a topping. This is a very quick way to add unexpected flavors and a stunning visual presentation.
Ingredients
—4 Links: Queen City Sausage—Beef Smoked Sausage
—4 Buns
—1 Can-15.5 OZ Hormel Chili with beans
—1/2 Onion. Diced
—6 OZ Sharp cheddar cheese. Shredded
—4 Strips Bacon. Crumbled
—3 OZ French fried onions
Directions
Warm up the chili. Stove top or microwave
Brown the sausages; skillet, grill, or broil
Fry the bacon
Place the cooked sausages in the buns
Top the sausages with chili, onions, bacon, and cheese
Finish the toppings with the French fried onions
