Cincinnati Cole Slaw Topping

This is a simple yet very flavorful cole slaw recipe with a German flair!

Ingredients

—1 PK Queen City Sausage—Smoked Sausage or favorite QCS sausage

—10 OZ Bagged cole slaw

—3 TBLS Apple cider vinegar

—3 TBLS Yellow mustard

—3 TBLS Mayonnaise

—1 TBLS Worcestershire sauce

—1.5 TSP Salt

—1. TSP Pepper

—1 TBLS Everything But the Bagel seasoning

—1 TBLS Honey

Directions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients well.  Refrigerate

  2. Grill, bake, or stove top skillet for the sausages

  3. Add the sausages to the buns and apply the topping
