Smoked Sausage and Cottage Ham Sandwich Stack

Ingredients

—4 Links: Queen City Sausage-Smoked Sausage.  Butterfly and cut in half

—4 OZ Queen City Sausage—Cottage Ham (Butt).  Sliced thin

—6 Slices Thick bread.  Toasted

—2 Eggs

—2 Slices American cheese

—4 OZ Fontina cheese

—1 OZ Olive oil

—Mustard

Directions

1.  Medium skillet, medium low heat.  Brown the sausages

2.  Turn the skillet to low and add the cottage ham to quickly warm and remove

3.  Fry the eggs

4.  Assemble the sandwich:  Bottom bread, mustard, cottage ham, sausages, both cheeses.  Repeat.  Top with bread and egg

Yield: 2-4 Servings
