Smash Burger Tacos

Wait until you top these delicious and fun tortillas with hickory smoked cottage ham. Flavor town!

Ingredients

—8 OZ Queen City Sausage Smoked Cottage Ham (Butt).  Sliced thin

—1 LB Ground beef-80/20

—4 Slices American cheese or favorite

—1 Cup Shredded lettuce

—4 Flour tortillas—5”

—Salt and pepper

—3 OZ Olive oil

Sauce

—1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

—1 TBLS Ketchup

—1 TBLS Relish

—1/2 TBLS Mustard

—1/2 TSP Garlic powder

—1/2 TSP Onion powder

—1/2 TSP Paprika

Directions

  1. Form the ground beef into patties.  Salt and pepper both sides.  Press the patties to one side of the tortilla, smashing the burger onto the tortilla evenly, covering all surfaces

  2. Preheat the flattop to medium-low heat

  3. On the flattop, add oil to evenly coat lightly

  4. Add the tortilla/burger to the grill, burger side down.  Grill for 5-6 minutes and flip

  5. Add the cheese, lettuce, and sauce

  6. Top with cottage ham
