

Sheet Pan Hot Smoked Sausage Nachos
Ideal for homegating, tailgating, oven prep, or flattop grill. This is a feast for hungry sports fans!
Ingredients
—4 Links: Queen City Sausage—Hot Smoked Sausage. Cut into 1/2” slices
—1 Can: 15 OZ Black beans
—6 OZ Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
—1 Avocado. Sliced
—3 Tortillas. Cut to yield 6 wedges each. Note: May also use nacho chips/Doritos
—4 Jalapeño peppers. Remove insides and slice
—2 OZ Olive oil
—1 Poblano pepper. Remove insides and slice
—1 Red bell pepper. Sliced
—Cilantro
—1-2 Limes
Directions
Fry the cut tortillas in light oil to crisp
Take a parchment lined sheet pan, add the baked tortillas (Chips) as a base
Add the poblanos, red pepper, black beans, avocado, and cheddar to cover over the chips
Bake in a preheated oven at 425 degrees F for 7-10 minutes until the cheese begins to bubble
Finish with fresh sliced jalapeños, cilantro and lime juice. Optional hot sauce. Optional sour cream
