Deutsche Tacos (German Tacos)

We are all about fusion foods and this pairing does not disappoint.

Ingredients

—1 PK Queen City Sausage Hot Smoked Sausage.  5 - 6 Links.  Sliced

—5 Pita bread wraps

—1 Onion.  Sliced

—1 Bell pepper

—1 Cup Sauerkraut

—2 OZ Olive oil

—2 TBLS Stone ground mustard. Serve on the side

—1 TSP Worcestershire sauce

—1 TSP Ground pepper

Directions

  1. Large skillet.  Medium-low heat.  Add the olive oil.  Add the sausages to brown, onions, and peppers to soften

  2. Add the pepper and Worcestershire sauce

  3. Heat the pita bread in the microwave or oven to gently warm. Warm the sauerkraut

  4. Add the skillet mixture to the warmed pita breads with the sauerkraut. Serve immediately
