Chef Salad!  Cincinnati Style!

Local favorites; Hickory smoked cottage ham and sausages join to add extreme flavor and delight!

Ingredient

—6 OZ Queen City Sausage Smoked Cottage Ham (Butt).  Thinly sliced

—4 OZ Queen City Sausage - Smoked Sausage or favorite such as Wicked Jalapeño.      Quartered

—1 Bunch Romaine lettuce

—5 Cups Mixed greens

—2 Boiled eggs.  Cut in half

—2 Cups Cherry tomatoes.  Halved

—1 Cup Portobello mushrooms.  Thinly sliced

—1 Avocado.  Sliced

—3 OZ Astiago cheese or Parmesan

—Favorite Salad dressing:  We used red wine vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, sea salt, freshly ground pepper, and Dijon mustard

Directions

Medium-large bowl, add romaine lettuce around the edges.  Add the mixed greens to the center

  1. Add the eggs and avocado slices

  2. Add the mushrooms, cheese, and tomatoes

  3. Add the smoked sausage pieces and cottage ham slices

  4. NOTE: The cottage ham slices can be lightly heated as well as the sausage, but not necessary

  5. Add the dressing and serve
