SMOKED SAUSAGE BURRITO BREAD BOWL DIP

Ingredients

·         3 Links—Queen City Sausage—Beef Smoked Sausage or favorite

·         1 ½ Cups Cooked rice

·         1 Cup Mushrooms.  Sliced

·         1 Cup Fresh spinach.  Chopped

·         1 Loaf—Round sourdough bread.  Center cut out.  Save pieces for dipping

·         1 Cup Sour cream

·         1 Cup Salsa

·         ½ Cup onions.  diced

·         1 TSP. Chili powder

·         1 TSP Ground pepper

·         2 OZ Olive oil

Directions

1.       Medium skillet, medium low heat, add the olive oil, mushrooms, and sausages to brown

2.       Reduce heat to low.  Add the rice, sour cream, and salsa.  Blend

3.       Add the spinach, pepper, and chili powder.  Cook on low for 10 minutes and serve
