FRENCH DIP SLIDERS WITH COTTAGE HAM

Ingredients

·         8 OZ Queen City Sausage Cottage Ham (Butt)—thinly sliced

·         1 PK—12 Mini Rolls Hawaiian Rolls

·         12 Slices of Swiss cheese or favorite-mix as well

·         1 Large yellow onion—slices—fresh, not caramelized

·         1 Jar of Heinz Au Jus

Directions

1.      Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half ideally as a sheet, not individualized if possible

2.      Cut the cheese into quarters.  Add two quarters to the rolls

3.      Add the cottage ham evenly across the rolls

4.      Add onions

5.      Add the 2 quarter slices of cheese

6.      Add the top layer of buns

7.      Place the rolls on a cookie sheet.  Bake in the oven, middle rack for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted

8.      Serve with warmed au Jus
