BEEF SMOKED SAUSAGE AND POTATO SKILLET

Ingredients

·         1 PK 14 OZ Queen City Sausage--Beef Smoked Sausage.  Sliced

·         1.5 LBS. Small redskin potatoes, quartered

·         1 Onion, diced

·         1 Red bell pepper, sliced

·         4 TBS Olive oil

·         2 TSP Italian seasonings

·         ½ TSP Red chili pepper flakes

·         ½ TSP Minced garlic

·         ¼ Cup Chicken or beef stock

·         1 TSP Hot sauce

·         Salt and pepper to taste

·         Chopped parsley for garnish

Directions

1.       Large skillet, medium heat.  Add 2 TBS oil, and potatoes to soften.  Stir frequently until softened and golden brown.  About 10 minutes.  Set aside when done

2.       Same skillet, add remaining oil, brown the sausages

3.       Add garlic, red bell pepper, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.  Stir in hot sauce.  Add in chicken stock

4.       Add in the potatoes to reheat and serve
