Wicked Hot Smoked Sausage Creame Cheese Balls

Ingredients
1 Pack—Queen City Sausage’ Wicked Ghost Smoked Sausage-Diced
8 OZ Cream cheese
1 ¼ Cups Bisquick
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 TBL spice rub. Eli’s BBQ Original Spice Rub used here
2 OZ Olive oil
1 TSP Ground pepper
Yields 4 Dozen

Instructions
Medium skillet, medium-low heat. Add olive oil and diced sausage to brown. Add spice. Medium bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Roll into 1 ½ “ balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven @400 degrees.
