Ultimate German Stir Fry

Ingredients
3 Each Queen City Sausage Bratwurst links. Diced or sliced
1 LB Boneless-skinless chicken thighs. Slice into chunks
8 OZ Portabella mushrooms. Sliced thin
1 ½ Cups of rice + 2 cups of water. We used a rice cooker
1 ½ Cups of spinach
1 ½ Cups Shredded carrots
½ Onion. Sliced
1 TBS Diced garlic
1 TBS Coarse ground pepper
4 OZ Orange marmalade
2 OZ Sow Sauce (Low Sodium)
Yields 4-5 Servings

Instructions
Medium-Large Wok. Medium heat. No wok? Large skillet will do. Mix together in a small sauce pan: Soy sauce and orange marmalade. Hold warm. Add oil and chicken. Stir constantly. Add bratwurst. Add onions, garlic, pepper, carrots, and mushrooms. Add spinach. Add sauce and blend. Add cooked rice and blend thoroughly. You may also add plain rice to bowls and top with stir fry instead of adding to the stir fry pan.
