One Pot Sausage, Rice, Beans and Vegetable Recipe

Ingredients
4 Links—Favorite Queen City Sausage—Smoked Sausage. Slice ¼” thick
1 Large zucchini. Slice into halves and quarters
1.5 Cups of uncooked rice. Cook according to package instructions
1 Can-15.75 OZ black beans
5 OZ Soy Vay – Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, or soy sauce. Note: Consider adding orange marmalade to either sauce for a magic flavor experience
1 Large red pepper. Sliced
1 Clove of garlic. Diced
2 OZ Olive oil
Coarse ground pepper
Yields 4 Servings

Instructions
Medium skillet, medium-low. Add sausages to brown. Remove, keep warm. Add all vegetables and beans to skillet to brown. Add more olive oil if needed. Add rice at the end along with the sausages. Add the teriyaki sauce. Stir to blend along with pepper and garlic. Serve immediately.
