Nacho Fun Feast

Ingredients
1 Large bag of nacho (tortilla) chips. Doritos used here
1 Pack—14 OZ Queen City Sausage, Smoked Sausage. Sliced
2 TBS. Chipotle style spice. Eli’s BBQ Spice Rub used here
1 Can refried beans
1 Can black beans
16 OZ Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 each 2.25 cans of black olives-sliced
1 Cup of corn
3 Green onions
1/3 Cup of jalapeno
2 Cups chunky salsa-drain excess liquid
1 Avocado chunked
2 TBS Olive oil
6 OZ Sour cream
Yields 6 Servings

Instructions
Medium skillet, medium-low heat. Add olive oil. Brown the sausages. Add water to the skillet. Add seasoning. Line an oven ready dish with parchment paper to build ingredients on. Begin by adding chips. Then add refried beans, black beans, salsa, olives, corn. Repeat for a second layer. Add the seasoned smoked sausage. Add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese to top. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place finished dish in the oven for 10 minutes or less to melt cheese. Top with sour cream, green onions, avocado, and serve.
