Sausage Mango Salsa with Black Bean and Wild Rice

Ingredients
1 Pack, 14 OZ Queen City Sausage’ Beef Smoked Sausage. We mixed in our premium Cincinnati’s Hot Dog for fun. Slice on the bias, ¼”.
12 OZ Members Mark (Sam’s) Mango Salsa
1 Can, 15.25 OZ Black Beans
1 Pack, 8.5 OZ Seeds of Change Quinoa & Brown Rice
4 OZ Sour Cream
3 OZ Olive Oil
Yields 4 Servings


Instructions
Medium, non-stick skillet, medium heat. Add the olive oil and sausages to quickly brown. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add the black beans. Add the rice. Add the mango salsa. Stir and mix well. Serve when all ingredients are heated. Top each serving with a dollop of sour cream.
