Wicked Hot Sausage Tacos

Ingredients
14 OZ Pack Wicked Ghost (Or any QCS sausage) Whole or Diced
1 Box (10 Shells) Ortega Good Grains Blue Corn
8 OZ Shredded salad mix
2 Tomatoes, Diced
½ Red Onion, Diced
5 OZ Sour Cream
2 OZ Olive Oil
Serves 4


Instructions
Medium non-stick skillet. Medium heat. Brown the sausages. Diced or whole. In small bowls add: Salad Mix. Diced Tomatoes. Diced Onions. Sour Cream. Add the sausages to a plate. Set out the Taco Shells—Assemble.
