Smoked Sausage Surf N Turf #1

Ingredients
3 Skinless Queen City Sausage Smoked Sausage Links
12 Pieces of Jumbo Shrimp
2 Each – Seeds of Change Quinoa & Brown Rice 8.5 OZ. PKS.
1 Cup Fresh Spinach
2 TBL. Olive Oil
1 Large Tomato-Quartered
4 OZ. Soy Vay – Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
4 Cups Crushed Ice

Instructions
Prepare 2 medium sized bowls by adding equal amounts of ice (ice-optional). Add spinach and tomatoes. In a medium skillet, medium-low heat, add olive oil. Microwave the rice, about 90 seconds per bag. Add rice to small bowls and place in the medium bowls. Cut the sausages on the bias into ½” thick slices. Add sausages to the skillet, gently brown. Add the shrimp. Do not overcook. Add the shrimp and sausages to the bowl. Sauce on the side or add.
