Queen City Goetta Reuben

Ingredients
2 slices of your favorite rye bread
4 ounces of Queen City Goetta 1 LB..roll
2 slices of Swiss cheese
¼ cup of Thousand Island dressing
3 ounces of drained sauerkraut.
1 TSP. butter

Instructions
Slice two ½ inch patties from the Queen City Goetta roll. Place the patties in a medium non-stick skillet. Brown one side thoroughly, and then turn. When both sides are browned, remove the goetta. Turn down the heat slightly, letting the skillet cool enough to add the butter, but not burn it. Add the butter, coating the skillet. Sandwich Assembly: Add one slice of bread to the skillet, one slice of cheese to the bread, add goetta, add 2nd slice of cheese, coat the 2nd piece of bread with Thousand Island dressing, and place on the remaining sandwich. Flip the sandwich, allowing the second side to toast. Serve.
